To Metropolitan France: we ensure deliveries through DPD couriers. We are able to deliver worldwide, and other couriers will be mandated for international orders.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment, and a link to track your package will be sent to you via e-mail. Packages are either shipped through DPD with a tracking number and delivered with an authorised signature. The place of delivery must be easily accessible to the courier.
Shipping costs are fixed and include preparation and packaging costs, as well as courier fee. We therefore recommend that you group all your items in a single order, to avoid additional shipping costs. We cannot group two orders which are placed separately, in that case sepa-rate shipping charges will apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is given to fragile items.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly packaged in order to protect them.
Delivery to Metropolitan France: 9€ - shipping is free on orders over 100€. We do however run specials offering free shipping, even on smaller orders, so keep an eye on our website for details.
International deliveries: price varies according to the destination country, weight of the package and may be subject to additional taxes and duties due in destination country.
In Metropolitan France, DPD generally delivers within 3 to 5 working days.

The availability of each item is indicated on its product sheet. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, if the delay is other than indicated on your initial order.
On confirmation or your order, an e-mail will be sent to you indicating the delivery date. If these dates are modified for any reason, Georges G. will do everything possible to inform you as soon as possible of this change via e-mail.
When a product is out of stock, you will be informed, and a revised delivery date may apply.
At Georges G. we pride ourselves in the conformity and quality of the items delivered to you. We carry out quality controls at the factory, as well as before delivery of your package to the courier.
At Georges G. we go out of our way to satisfy our customers, in particular by honouring shipping and delivery deadlines. However, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the various courier companies we use.
